You Don’t Have to Walk This Alone!

A new widows group is starting at HarborChase of Palm Coast on October 11, 2026!

“The goal is to help you discover how to keep living fully while carrying the love and memories on this journey with you. It isn't to help you forget the life you had. “

Grief is part of widowhood—but widowhood changes much more than your relationship status. It can change your routines, friendships, confidence, social life and expectations for the future. This group is a place to talk about those things too.

Widows Signature Group Experience

Group size ~ 5-10 women

This small group experience is about more than Grief. You may have lost your husband a few weeks ago or years ago and still be dealing with the changes that came with that loss:

  • loneliness,

  • making decisions alone,

  • changing friendships,

  • going places alone,

  • wondering what life looks like now, or

  • simply missing having your person.

In person meetings will be held on Sunday afternoons at: HarborChase of Palm Coast Senior Living Facility

What is it?

  • It is a six week group experience designed especially for widows by Dr. Pamela Jackson-Banks who has actually walked the journey as a widow.

  • It’s a warm, supportive space where women can connect with other women who understand and talk about the things that come with widowhood.

  • It’s about connection, support and moving forward at your pace.
